HoodratFreaks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same.

Uploading content that you do not own or have permission to publish—including content containing another person's watermark, logo, branding, or other identifying information—may violate copyright law, our Terms of Use, and this policy.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on HoodratFreaks infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to:

Your notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The URL(s) or other information identifying the material you believe is infringing.

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our review.

After receiving a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address.

Your counter-notification should include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on HoodratFreaks.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court as required under the DMCA.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where required by law, we may forward your counter-notification to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

The determination of what constitutes a repeat infringement is made at our reasonable discretion and may take into account the number, seriousness, and circumstances of previous violations.

False Claims

Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability under applicable law, including Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
